Kazakh Secretary of State met with OSCE PA Chairman

sp;ASTANA. November 10. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh Secretary of state - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev has held a meeting with Chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Joao Soares paying official visit to Kazakhstan on Tuesday.

The sides discussed the issues of preparation of Kazakhstan to the OSCE chairmanship in 2010, in particular, the interaction of our country with the Assembly within the period of chairmanship.

K.Saudabayev appreciated the constructive role of the Parliamentary Assembly, noting that the further development of the Interparliamentary cooperation within the OSCE is one of the necessary conditions for resolving the current problems and an instrument of extension of the dialogue of the Organization member states.

The cooperation of the assembly with Kazakhstan is developing on the bases of dialogue between the Kazakh Parliamentarians and members of the Assembly.
