Kazakh Senate adopted amendments to laws to bestow President with People's Hero title

KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ At its plenary meeting the Kazakh Senate adopted the Constitutional Law "On amendments to the Constitutional Law of Kazakhstan "On the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Leader of the Nation" and the Law of Kazakhstan "On state awards of Kazakhstan".
