Kazakh Senate Speaker met Belarusian National Assembly Chair

INT PETERSBURG. November 10. KAZINFORM /Kanat Mametkazyuly/ As a part of his trip to Saint Petersburg Speaker of the Kazakh Senate Kairat Mami met with Chairman of the Belarusian National Assembly Anatoly Rubinov.

"Belarus is one of the key partners of Kazakhstan in the ex-USSR that's why we witness today the high level of cooperation. We implement a number of big projects within the Customs Union. The Customs Union has proved, at large, it affords greater prospects for doing business. For the past three years Kazakhstan's export to Russia has increased by 38% and to Belarus more than twofold," Mami said.

Besides, the parties debated the development of interparliamentary ties. They highly appreciated Kazakh-Belarusian regional integration relations.
