Kazakh Senate Speaker met with Ambassador of Azerbaijan

ASTANA. March 11. KAZINFORM Chairman of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan Kairat Mami met with Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan Zakir Arif Ogly Gashimov, the press service of the authority informs.

Perspectives of mutual relations within Congress of Leaders of World and Tradition Religions have been discussed at the meeting.

The Azerbaijan side handed over the invitation to Kazakh representatives to take part in the International Scientific Conference titled "Muslims of CIS are for the peace and stable development," scheduled on April 16-17 in Baku.

The Ambassador have also informed of the preparations to the Summit of Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, which will be held in August in the capital of Azerbaijan.
