Kazakh short track speed skaters claim two gold medals at Alta Valtellina Trophy in Italy

Kazakhstan's  short track team secured three medals at the Alta Valtellina Trophy International Junior Short Track tournament in Bormio, Italy, held from November 21 to 24, Kazinform News Agency learned from the National Olympic Committee.

Nurtilek Kazhgali grabbed gold in the men's 1000-meter.

The Kazakh men's team finished first in the Mixed Relay.

Valery Klimenko claimed silver in the men's 500-meter competition.

Earlier, Kazinform reported that Mikhail Shaidorov, the leader of Kazakhstan's figure skating team, secured 2nd place at the ISU Grand Prix Cup of China 2024 in Chongqing.
