Kazakh, Slovene FMs met in Astana

sp;ASTANA. November 12. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and Slovenia Kanat Saudabayev and Samuel Zbogar discussed issues of energy, water resources and Kazakhstan's forthcoming OSCE chairmanship in Astana.

"We have focused on Kazakhstan's initiative to convene the OSCE summit in 2010 which was also supported by the Slovene President", Head of the Slovene MFA said at a briefing.

S. Zbogar also noted he had invited Kazakh Secretary of State - Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev to visit  Slovenia.

"Issues regarding energy and water resources are of great importance both for Central Asia and Slovenia", the high guest stressed.
