Kazakh tennis player triumphs in Poland

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan-based Sesil Karatantcheva has advanced to semifinal of the ITF tournament in Sobota/Rokietnica, Poland with the prize fund of $50,000, Kazinform has learnt from Sports.kz.

In the quarterfinal match Karatantcheva devastated Romanian Andreea Mitu in three sets 6:3, 2:6, 6:1.

Karatantcheva served four aces and made six double faults. Her opponent hit only one ace and made nine double faults.
