Kazakh trade with CU partners gains momentum

ASTANA. December 14. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakhstan has intensified bilateral trade with its Customs Union partners, the Kazakh Statistics Agency reported.

In the period January-October 2011 Kazakhstan's trade turnover with the Customs Union grew by 43.3 percent reaching USD 19, 559,100, with exports increasing by 51.4 percent to USD 6,166,500 and imports increasing by 39.8 percent to USD 13,392,600.

Kazakhstan's exports are dominated by mineral products, metals and their products, chemical products.
