Kazakh, Uzbek foreign ministers discuss bilateral cooperation over phone

On January 7, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu held a telephone conversation with his Uzbek counterpart Bakhtiyor Saidov, the press service of the Kazakh MFA reported.

The sides discussed the state and prospects for further development of the bilateral cooperation, as well as interaction within the regional and international organizations. The parties confirmed mutual readiness to contribute to all-round strengthening of the strategic partnership and allied relations between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The foreign ministers also reviewed the schedule of the events to be held at the highest and high levels in 2025.
