Kazakh, Uzbek foreign ministries hold consultations in Tashkent

TASHKENT. November 5. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ Consultations between Kazakh and Uzbek foreign ministries will be held on Friday in the capital of Uzbekistan.

The Kazakh side is represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Kairat Sarybai.

The issues of cooperation in multilateral and bilateral formats, in particular implementation of agreements reached during the negotiations of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Uzbek President Islam Karimov held in Tashkent this year.

The consultations are aimed at coordinating positions of Astana and Tashkent within the framework of the OSCE.
