Kazakh Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry names new chief of staff

Dauren Kazantayev has been appointed to the post of the chief of staff of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Kazakhstan, Kazinform Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh government. 

Born in 1984 in Kyzylorda, he graduated from the Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University.

In the period from 2016 to 2020, he was the advisor to the Energy Minister of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 until now he took the post of the head of the ecology department of Astana.

Earlier it was reported that Khabar 24 TV channel had named its new director.
