Kazakh weightlifters grabbed 13 medals at Asian championship

ASTANA. December 26. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan team won first place at the Asian Powerlifting Championship in India, reports Vesti.kz citing uralskweek.kz.

The competition was attended by more than 250 athletes from ten countries. The Kazakh team took 13 medals - three gold, nine silver and one bronze.

One of our medalists, a 57kg category competitor Tatyana Zhukova has 15 records in her career - six in Kazakhstan and nine in Asia.
