Kazakhstan-2050 movement unveils internet platform for discussion of state programs

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Participants of the national movement "Kazakhstan-2050" have developed an internet platform called bizalan.kz where citizens of Kazakhstan will be able to participate in the development, discussion and evaluation of government programs, Chairman of the Council of "Kazakhstan 2050" national movement Danat Zhumin announced Wednesday at a briefing in the Central Communications Service.

"We have developed a demo version of the web site called bizalan.kz. In a week, we will fully complete this project. This is the first crowdsourcing platform in the country, which allows different people, regardless of where they live and where they work, to participate in the development of state programs and their evaluation," Zhumin said.

He noted that the movement "Kazakhstan-2050" has all necessary intellectual resources as well as tools that allow to provide quality public examination of new government programs, the primeminister.kz reports.

"We would like to propose this platform to the Government to jointly participate in the implementation of the President's instructions given at the enlarged meeting of the Government on August 6," he noted.

At the enlarged meeting of the Government on August 6 Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed to develop a comprehensive program of development of services sector in Kazakhstan until 2020 as well as a single business support program before the end of 2014.
