Kazakhstan able to join twenty most developed countries - Club of Friends of Kazakhstan

The event was attended by members of the State Duma, heads of state institutions, experts from research institutions, workers of culture and art, as well as representatives of major Russian media.
In his opening speech Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Russia Galym Orazbakov told about key indicators that have been achieved by Kazakhstan over the years of independence. The panelists noted that Kazakhstan and Russia have a centuries-old friendship and a common historical destiny. Common borders, close cultural ties between the two peoples, as well as common approaches of the leadership of the two countries on developing solutions to modern threats and challenges necessitates further enhancement of strategic partnership between the two countries.
It was noted that in his Message "Strategy 2050" the Kazakh President focused on the younger generation, which will take the baton to implement the strategic objectives of the country. In this regard, Kazakhstan has created all the conditions for the participation of young people in the life of society and state.
According to Director of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences Ruslan Grinberg, the Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" is a very serious project. "Nursultan Nazarbayev likes ambitious projects, and he is good at it - he is the initiator and one of the "pushers" of the Eurasian idea," he said.
"Kazakhstan is one of the few republics, which have been successfully diversifying its economy. Kazakhstan spends money wisely, and works for the diversification and modernization of the structure. This is encouraging. By 2050 the country may enter the twenty most developed countries, because Kazakhstan is a unique state on the entire post-Soviet space, where young people study in the West, and the East and then return home. I wish Kazakhstan always move forward," R.Grinberg added.
The Friends of Kazakhstan noted that it is indicated in the Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" that the country remains committed to the development of close relationships with strategic partners in Eurasia.
