Kazakhstan achieved great breakthrough over 20 years of independence, Alfreds Rubiks

BRUSSELS. December 1. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ "For the 20 years of independence Kazakhstan has achieved a great breakthrough and this success should be credited to Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev," Alfreds Rubiks, member of the European Parliament told Kazinform.

"For the past years I have been to Kazakhstan for a couple of times and saw what Kazakh people and Kazakhstan have gained," he added. Besides, Alfreds Rubiks highly appreciated the quality of education and science in Kazakhstan, the country's efforts to create new universities with the well-developed infrastructure.

"I wish your country and people success and wellbeing," Alfreds Rubiks said.
