Kazakhstan-ADB Loan Agr't ratified

ASTANA. November 10. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Senate has adopted the Law "On ratification of the Loan Agreement (Ordinary Operations) (CAREC Transport Corridor 1 [part of the road in Zhambyl region] [International Transit Corridor Western Europe-Western China] Investment Program - Project 4) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Asian Development Bank" at a plenary session.

Vice Minister of Transport and Communications Roman Sklyar noted that the Agreement is aimed at the loan attraction for ensuring development of the country's transport potential. The Asian Development Bank provides Kazakhstan the loan worth USD 112 mln.
