Kazakhstan and Germany ink agr't on partnership in raw, industrial and technological spheres

   BERLIN. February 8. KAZINFORM /Marlan Zhiembay/ Within the framework of a two-day visit of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Germany there was signed an agreement between the governments of the two countries on partnership in the raw, industrial and technological spheres.

The document was signed after the negotiations between N.Nazarbayev and Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel.

The agreement was signed by Kazakh Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev and Vice-Chancellor of Germany, Federal Minister of Economics and Technology Philipp Rösler and State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Ministry Harald Braun. This agreement created a legal and market foundation for rapid attraction of advanced German technologies in the raw sector of Kazakhstan.

Within the visit there were also signed five intergovernmental agreements. It is planned to sign 50 economic documents totaling EURO 3.3 billion.
