Kazakhstan and Malaysia sign USD 1,1bln contracts
ASTANA. KAZINFORM The contracts worth more than USD 1,1bln were signed following the results of the negotiations between Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak held in Astana.

The Head of State noted that the two nations are actively developing cooperation in various fields. "We had an economic forum between the business structures of the two nations and signed three contracts, two of them in the Mangystau region and one in Zhambyl to the amount of more than USD 1,1 bln," Nursultan Nazarbayev told journalists. As the Malaysian PM said the sides signed also contracts on the construction of a methanol and liquid gas plant.
