Kazakhstan and Russia will sign Treaty on good-neighborliness and alliance in XXI Cent.
ASTANA. September 12. KAZINFORM - Treaty of good-neighborliness and alliance between Kazakhstan and Russia in the XXI century, which will be signed in the framework of the 10th Forum of Interregional Cooperation in Yekaterinburg in November, 2013, is almost ready, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Erlan Idrissov has informed.

"The document is 95 percent ready. Our colleagues should be instructed that during the week the doc's text to be agreed and then allowed for interdivisional elaboration", said Idrissov during a meeting in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
