Kazakhstan and Tajikistan to cooperate in civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergencies spheres
"The agreement was signed in Almaty on September 6, 2014," Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Kulmukhanbet Kassymov said presenting the draft law.
He also noted that implementation of the agreement would allow to exchange accumulated experience in monitoring and forecasting emergencies, preparation of people for the actions they need to take expecting emergency situations, train specialists working in this sphere, hold joint conferences, seminars, trainings and provide assistance in the territory of the other country in case of an emergency as soon as possible.
The agreement provides for the terms of admission of rescue teams through the state border and the regime of their stay in the territory of the country receiving assistance and other important issues.
