Kazakhstan and U.S. discussed strengthening of cooperation

ASTANA. March 1. KAZINFORM State Secretary of Kazakhstan Marat Tazhin has received Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the U.S. to Kazakhstan Kenneth Firefax, the presidential press service reported.

Firefax noted, Kazakh-American relationship's development was fruitful in many area last years. Interstate relations have reached more quantitative level, which is reflected in trade economic performance of Kazakhstan and the U.S.

Kazakh Secretary of State stressed the sustained strategic partnership in political matters, the dynamic development of bilateral relations in economic and humanitarian spheres.

The meeting also touched upon a number of important issues related to the further strengthening of the Kazakh-American cooperation.
