Kazakhstan applied for being observer in seven OECD committees - Serik Ahmetov

PARIS. September 20. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan has applied to become an observer in seven committees of Organization for Economic cooperation and development (OECD), this has been reported today by the Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov at a briefing on the results of the working visit to France.

"We are the observers in two OECD committees and, in addition, we have applied to become observers in seven committees", said Akhmetov.

The Prime Minister said that today's round table with Secretary General of the OECD Angel Gurria discussed the new program of the organization.
