Kazakhstan appoints new water resources vice minister

The Government decreed to appoint Bolat Bekniyaz as the 1st vice minister of water resources and irrigation of Kazakhstan, Kazinform Agency cites the Government’s press service.

Prior to the appointment, he held the post of the director of the Executive Board of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea in Kazakhstan.
