Kazakhstan attends Tank Biathlon Championship

ASTANA. KAZINFORM A solemn opening ceremony of the World Tank Biathlon Championship has been held today in Alabino outside Moscow, the Kazakh Defence Ministry's press service said.

1st Deputy Defence Minister - Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan Lieutenant General S. Zhasuzakov took part in the event. 12 countries will demonstrate at the firing range qualification, military proficiency and teamwork. The results of the competition will be made public August 16.
