Kazakhstan backs Civil Service Regional Hub in every possible way: Nazarbayev

ASTANA. March 15. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan intends to create all conditions for effective functioning of the Regional Hub in the sphere of civil service.

The welcome address of Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev to the participants of the foundation conference of the Regional Hub, which is underway at the Rixos Hotel in Astana, reads.

Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs Alikhan Baimenov read the salutatory address of the Head of State to those present.

"Kazakhstan is keen to study the world's best practices and is ready to share its own experience in the development of the civil service model, highly praised by experts," the welcome address says.

The conference brought together representatives of more than 30 countries, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the World Bank, OSCE and USAID.

The Regional Hub is aimed at constant exchange of experience in the sphere of civil service between the CIS member countries and Central Asia.
