Kazakhstan, China sign documents worth USD16.54bln

A total of 30 commercial documents worth 16.54 billion US dollars, including investment, trade agreements, production technology transfer agreement, credit line opening agreement etc. were signed during President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s official visit to China, Kazinform News Agency reports via Akorda.

Following documents were signed in presence of  President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev:

Agreement between JSC NC KazMunayGas and SINOPEC on joint development of prefeasibility report of terephthalic acid and polyethylene terephthalate production project;

Agreement between JSC NC KazMunayGas and CITIC group on mutual understanding in promotion of the LLP JV CASPI BITUM plant’s capacity increasing project on processing of 1.5 million tons of oil per year;

Cooperation agreement between JSC KazPost and YTO Express Group;

Framework agreement between JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy and CRPC Corporation Limited on cooperation and purchase of the products of CRRC Corporation Limited (trade agreement);

Bilateral statement of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan and China National Petroleum Corporation on prolongation of the term of subsoil use contract.

Agreement on the purchase and sale of ownership interest in the authorized capital of Silleno LLP between JSC NC KazMunayGas, SINOPEC and SIBUR LLC.

Cooperation agreement between JSC Samruk-Kazyna and China Power International Holding, SANY Renewable Energy Co.Ltd;

Cooperation agreement between the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and China University of Petroleum on establishment of One Belt, One Road Association, for joint development of industry, research personnel training, joint scientific researches in energy sector;

Cooperation agreement between LLP Foreign Commerce Chamber of Kazakhstan and Shenzhen Enterprise Confederation;

Agreement on joint project development between JSC Samruk-Energy and Power China Resources Ltd.;

Cooperation agreement between JSC NC KazMunayGas and China National Offshore Oil Corporation;

Cooperation agreement between JSC NC QazaqGaz and Geo-Jade Petroleum Corporation;

Framework agreement between the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, JSC Qazaqstan Investment Corporation and China Huadian Overseas Investment on investment cooperation;

Framework cooperation agreement between JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy and Lianyungang Port LLC;

Distribution agreement between Astana Motors and BYD Auto Industry Co.Ltd. on supply of new energy vehicles;

Distribution agreement between Astana Motors and TELD New Energy Co.Ltd.;

Supplementary agreement on academic exchange between the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Beijing Foreign Studies University;

Loan agreement between JSC Samruk-Kazyna, GPC Investment LLP, Bank of China Limited (Tokyo Branch), JSC AB Bank of China Kazakhstan, China Construction Bank (Asia) corporation limited оn provision of credit line to GPC Investment;
