Kazakhstan-Chinese presentation-seminar held in Almaty
According to Vice President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Mukhtarkhan Biyarov the Chamber held the presentation of Chinese trade and economic possibilities for the first time. Representatives of about 40 Kazakh companies and firms could familiarize with the economic situation in Hong Kong which is one of the leading financial and commerce center of South-East Asia.
The unique geographic location of Hong Kong turned it into the regional sea transport hub where the ways from Asia, Australia and Europe are interlaced. Hong Kong is a large duty-free port and independent customs zone.
The information on experience in international cooperation and external economic activity of Almaty Chamber of Industry and Commerce was presented within the seminar.
As the representative of the Chamber said the event will promote further development of bilateral trade-economic relations.
