Kazakhstan considers Islamic countries its promising partners in economy, politics and culture - PM
The letter was read by Vice Prime Minister-Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev.
"I am confident that this conference can turn into a business platform for discussing the urgent issues of development of Islamic finances and investment opportunities. We could establish good relations and achieve mutual understanding which we must strengthen with our active economic partnership. We have good conditions and, the most important thing, strong will to achieve this goal", the letter reads.
Alongside, the Kazakh PM called on the businessmen of Islamic countries to take an active part in implementation of the projects on the country's forced industrial-innovative development.
The conference on Islamic finances entitled "Development of Islamic capital market in Kazakhstan and CIS countries" is currently on at Astana's Radisson SAS Hotel.
