Kazakhstan Culture Days held in Azerbaijan

Kazakhstan Culture Days were held in Azerbaijan to strengthen Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan relations, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Kazakh Culture and Information Minister Aida Balayeva and Kazakh Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel attended the festive events.

As part of the Culture Days, the Hassak ethnic and folklore group gave a solo concert. The Musrepov Kazakh State Academic Theatre staged the Karagoz performance.

The final cultural events took place on December 4 at the Heydar Aliyev Centre. An exhibition of arts of Kazakhstan featured an exposition of 46 unique works of young Kazakh artists working in various genres and styles, as well as installations and art objects.

Addressing those present the Kazakh minister said that Azerbaijan is a good neighbor, a loyal friend, and a fraternal country of Kazakhstan. The nations together developed the Turkic world. The minister expressed sincere gratitude to the Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan Adil Karimli and Kazakh Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel for their assistance in holding the Culture Days at a high level.

In Baku, the Kazakh minister met with Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev, Culture Minister Adil Kerimli, and Youth and Sports Minister Farid Gaibov.

Culture Days of Azerbaijan will be held in Kazakhstan in 2024.
