Kazakhstan doesn't plan to limit import of Russia's gasoline

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan doesn't plan to limit the import of Russia's petroleum products, Chairman of the Board of "KazMunaiGaz" JSC Sauat Mynbayev told today at the CCS media briefing.

According to him, the volume of the import of petroleum products from Russia makes about 1.8 mln tons annually. Presently, the volume of imported petroleum products topped the annual average.

"Nevertheless, As far as I know, there are no specific decisions on limitation of the import of petroleum products. Moreover, I do not know anything about any draft documents developed in this sphere. There will be no limitations," he noted.

S. Mynbayev emphasized that the reservoirs in all the regions of the country are full and it even creates a problem for Kazakhstani oil processing plants.
