Kazakhstan drops five spots in Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2023
Kazakhstan is ranked 67th in the Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2023 compiled by INSEAD. Placed 62nd last year, the country plunged five spots this year, Kazinform News Agency reports.
According to the index, Kazakhstan finds itself in the upper half of the GTCI rankings for the ninth time in ten years. It is in the top quartile in the Global Knowledge Skills pillar, placed 30th.
Out of 134 countries featured into the 2023 GTCI, Switzerland is ranked 1st in the world. The country has been dominating the index for 10 years in a row.
It is followed by Singapore and the United States. Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Australia, Sweden and Great Britain rounded out the top 10.
Japan crashed out of the top 25 of the Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2023 and was replaced by South Korea.
The GTCI report is released every year by INSEAD, the Business School for the World, with the support of Descartes Institute for the Future and Switzerland and Human Capital Leadership Institute.
