Kazakhstan eager to buy large batch of Belarusian cement wagons
MINSK. November 1. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan is interested in buying a large batch of Belarus-made wagons for cement transportation. The information was released by Nigmatzhan Isingarin, President of the Association of National Forwarding Agencies of Kazakhstan, President of the Kazakhstani Association of Freight Carriers and Wagon (Container) Operators, at the meeting with Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich on 31 October, BelTA has learned.
According to Nigmatzhan Isingarin, the Kazakhstani side is interested in getting a large batch of wagons from Mogilev.
Apart from that, Nigmatzhan Isingarin and Mikhail Myasnikovich discussed the progress in fulfilling the contract for manufacturing and supplying wagons via international leasing, BelTA reports.
Nigmatzhan Isingarin said he was satisfied with the progress in the project's implementation: 425 wagons had already been delivered. He also informed about several other projects, which could use support.
