Kazakhstan-Egypt coop prospects discussed in Cairo

CAIRO. April 1. KAZINFORM On March 29 in Cairo Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Egypt Bakhtiyar Tassymov met with Minister of Tourism of this country Zuhair Garana. The parties focused on the ways and opportunities of enhancement of tourist between Kazakhstan and Egypt and the issues regarding simplification of consular procedures while issuing entry visas and establishing direct interaction between the private tourist companies of both countries, Kazinform has learnt from the press service of the Kazakh Embassy in Egypt.

The Egyptian Minister praised the socio-economic changes in Kazakhstan. Z. Garana expressed readiness for encouragement and development of bilateral cooperation in tourism, taking into consideration the growing economic and tourist potential of Kazakhstan. Upon completion of the meeting, the Egyptian Minister together with the Director of the State Agency for Migration promised to consider the issue of simplification of visa procedures for the Kazakhstan citizens.
