Kazakhstan Engineering signs memo with Russian helicopter manufacturer

ASTANA. May 5. KAZINFORM Russian helicopter manufacturer "Vertolyoty Rossiyi" and JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" have signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the 2nd International "Kadex-2012" exhibition today, press service of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" informs.

The document expands maintenance service and repair of Russian helicopters in Kazakhstan.

Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the companies is an important step in the development of bilateral relations between Russia and Kazakhstan in aircraft sphere.

"We believe it is crucial to build effective system of support of the Russian helicopters on the territory of Kazakhstan," Vice CEO of OJSC "Vertolyoty Rossiyi" Igor Pshenichny said. "We hope our cooperation with Kazakhstan Engineering will help us cement position of the Russian aircrafts in the Central Asian market."
