Kazakhstan expresses regret at N Korea rocket launch
ASTANA. December 12. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan expressed its deep regret over North Korea's long-rocket launch that violates UN Security Council Resolution 1874, the Kazakh MFA's press service reports.

"We assume this move will negatively affect the global regime of non-proliferation and endanger security both on the regional and global levels.
Kazakhstan, as the country that voluntarily renounced the world's fourth largest nuclear arsenal, urges not to go ahead with rocket launches.
The Republic of Kazakhstan hopes North Korea will resume negotiations of the nuclear and other problems with China, Russia, the U.S., South Korea and Japan," the statement reads.
