Kazakhstan, Germany to debate economic coop

ASTANA. June 11. KAZINFORM The economic delegation from the Federal Republic of Germany arrived for a working visit to Kazakhstan.

Kazakh MFA's official spokesperson Altay Abibullayev told a briefing on Monday (June 11).

The delegation is expected to hold negotiations with Kazakhstani authorities on further commercial and economic cooperation and organization of the exchange market involving reps of Kazakhstan and Germany business circles.

The last year's sales turnover between Kazakhstan and Germany hit the mark of USD 3.7 billion. The Federal Republic of Germany is the eighth largest business partner of Kazakhstan. The commodity turnover between Germany and Kazakhstan amounted to USD 993.2 million in January-April 2012.
