Kazakhstan, Indonesia sign intergovernmental agreements

JAKARTA. April 13. KAZINFORM Two intergovernmental agreements have been signed during the state visit of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Indonesia.

The signing ceremony was held at the Palace "Istana Merdeka" after the meeting of Nursultan Nazarbayev with his Indonesia counterpart Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and talks in expanded format.

Agreement between the Governments of Kazakhstan and Indonesia on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and service passports was signed by Kazakh Minister of Foreign Affairs Yerzhan Kazykhanov and Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marty Natalegawa.

Then, the ministers signed a protocol of intent to develop bilateral cooperation between the foreign ministries of Kazakhstan and Indonesia.
