Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan debated cooperation issues
ASTANA. KAZINFORM As part of his working trip to Kyrgyzstan 1st Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakhytzhan Sagintayev held bilateral talks with Prime Minister Dzhoomart Otorbayev and Economy Minister Temir Sariyev, the PM's press service said.
The parties debated ongoing cooperation and prospects for further Kazakh-Kyrgyz interaction in trade and economic, energy, agro-industrial, financial and investment fields. Besides, they focused on Kyrgyzstan's accession to the Customs Union and cooperation within international organizations, the press release reads. In a meeting with Otorbayev the sides discussed wide prospects for broadening business partnership and stressed need to have bilateral ties deepened. The parties signed a protocol of Kazakh-Kyrgyz negotiations on bilateral cooperation and Kyrgyzstan's joining the Customs Union and Single Economic Space.
