Kazakhstan managed to put into practice constitutional provisions - Rogov

ASTANA. December 22. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ International conference "Constitutional legitimacy - basis of a constitutional state and individual freedom" has been started in Astana today.

"Thanks to a well regulated constitutional policy pursued by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, since the first days of independence Kazakhstan managed to put into practice constitutional provisions," Kazakhstan Constitutional Council Chairman Igor Rogov said in his opening statement.

Members of the Kazakh Government, Constitutional Council, Presidential Administration, Senate as well as representatives of international organizations are taking part in the conference.
