Kazakhstan & Monaco to expand coop in crime prevention
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan and the Judicial Department of the Principality of Monaco.
The document was inked during today's meeting of the Attorney General Askhat Daulbayev and Monaco Justice Minister Philippe Nermin. Note that the memorandum was signed in Astana to implement the joint declaration adopted at the meeting of the President of Kazakhstan with Prince Albert II of Monaco in 2012. Under the MoU it was agreed to work cooperatively on strengthening international security and stability. As noted by the parties, the event was confirmation of competent authorities of Kazakhstan and Monaco interest in the further development and deepening of collaboration and integration of Kazakh law enforcement agencies in international partnership for combating transnational crime.
