Kazakhstan mourns the death of prominent MP

ASTANA. September 21. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan is in mourning following the death of former senator Nurlygaim Chaldanova from a siege of illness.

Nurlygaim Chaldanova born in 1954 was a graduate of the Kazakh State University and majored in Law. She spent 24 years of her life serving as a judge.

In 2003 Ms Chaldanova was appointed the deputy of the Kazakh Senate by the presidential decree. She was elected the chairperson of the Senate's permanent committee for economic and regional police.

In 2011, after her senatorial career ended, Nurlygaim Chaldanova was designated the councilor of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The family and friends are feeling grief and sorrow at the loss of the beloved mother, friend and colleague.
