Kazakhstan names new vice minister of industry and construction

By the Kazakh government’s order, Ilyas Osspanov has been named the new vice minister of industry and construction of Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh government. 

Born in 1986 in Astana, he is a graduate of the Gumilyev Eurasian National University, Imperial College London.

Osspanov’s previous post was the vice minister of industry and infrastructure development of Kazakhstan.
