Kazakhstan opens trade pavilion in Uzbekistan’s Ayritom SEZ
Kazakhstan has opened its trade pavilion in the territory of Ayritom Special Economic Zone of Uzbekistan. The goal is to enhance trade relations between Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, Kazinform News Agency reports citing the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Trade and Integration.
The pavilion was opened on the ground of Termez International Trade Centre with the support of JSC QazTrade and the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan.
As part of the ceremony, the Kazakh side and the directorate of Ayritom SEZ signed the Trade Pavilion Rental Agreement. The document became an important step towards trade facilitation and expansion of presence of Kazakhstani products in the foreign markets.
Termez International Trade Center was set up to create favorable business environment, to improve logistics and simplify administrative procedures for entrepreneurs.
The new pavilion is called to promote Kazakhstani goods in the markets of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. The pavilion is expected to open new prospects for the development of the bilateral cooperation and extend Kazakhstan's export potential.
Earlier, it was reported that textile manufacturing unit would open on the Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan border territory.
