Kazakhstan plans to make significant investments in fuel and energy complex
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - It is planned to invest around $2 billion in Kazakhstan's fuel and energy complex, the country's Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and New Technologies, Asset Issekeshev said.

He made the remarks while presenting a new concept for development of Kazakhstan's fuel and energy complex, Kazinform refers to trend.az. "These funds will be used to construct new facilities with the annual capacity of about 500 megawatts and modernize the facilities with the capacity of 600 megawatts in order to provide the country's enterprises and population with electricity," Issekeshev said.
