Kazakhstan provided all necessary conditions for international observers - Saudabayev

ASTANA. March 30. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev met with Tonino Picula, Special Coordinator of the OSCE Election Observation Mission and head of observation delegation of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

K. Saudabayev noted the increasing role of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in strengthening cooperation between the participating states. K. Saudabayev expressed gratitude to the Parliamentary Assembly for constructive cooperation and full support of Kazakhstan during its chairmanship in OSCE in 2010.

The Foreign Minister told about the progress of preparation for the coming presidential elections. He said that Kazakhstan was ready for open, transparent and fair conduction elections in line with international standards. "We created all necessary conditions for effective work of international observers."
