Kazakhstan provides KZT 21 bln to support young specialists going to work to rural areas
ASTANA. April 24. KAZINFORM KZT 21 billion will be allocated for the state program "With Diploma to Village" in 2012-2014, Kazakh Vice Minister of Agriculture Marat Tolibayev told a briefing.
According to him, 18,724 young specialists came to work in the countryside. Among them 25 percent are teachers, 20 percent - health workers.
It is planned to send more 16 thousand specialists to the rural areas in the coming three years, Tolibayev noted.
