Kazakhstan ratifies agr’t with Vietnam on transfer of sentenced persons
The Head of State signed the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ratifying the agreement between Kazakhstan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on transfer of sentenced persons, Kazinform News Agency cites Akorda.
The text of the law is to be published in the press.
To note, the agreement was signed on August 21, 2023, in Hanoi.
Kazakhstan has the similar agreements with 23 countries, including Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, China, Spain, Türkiye, Italy, Hungary, Romania, India, Iran, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, Lithuania, Jordan, Mongolia, Brazil, the UAE, South Korea, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Uzbekistan and Cyprus.
