Kazakhstan, Russia have common views regarding judicial system modernization
ASTANA. November 18. KAZINFORM. /Dimash Syzdykov/ "Kazakhstan and Russia have common views on modernization of judicial system", Chairman of the Russian Supreme Court Vyacheslav Lebedev has said at the Congress of Judges in Astana today.
According to him the constructive interaction between the supreme courts of the two states became possible namely due to the common views regarding the solution of existing problems in the sphere of justice.
V. Lebedev considers the problems and ways of their solution sounded by the President of Kazakhstan at the Congress of Judges as the priorities of improvement of justice in Kazakhstan. He noted that analogous activities including abolition of supervising agencies and provision of transparency of judicial system are presently held in Russia.
