Kazakhstan's executive power to be reformed after presidential elections - Y.Yertysbayev
MOSCOW. March 25. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ After the presidential elections, which will be held on April 3, both the Government and the executive branch, according to tradition, will submit resignation to give a free hand to the president of Kazakhstan in new appointments, which will be inevitable. Adviser to the President of Kazakhstan Yermukhamet Yertysbayev has announced it at a briefing at RIA Novosti Office in Moscow.
"I think that there will be a new government and a number of personnel replacements in regions. Every year the president attracts new staff from the youth which obtained western elite education. Now they are working in the national companies, local government authority and Government, private business," the Adviser said.
"According to the Constitution, the Head of State defines the external and internal policy, and he will appoint people to certain positions," Y.Yertysbayev resumed.
