Kazakhstan's significant gains achieved under the leadership of N. Nazarbayev evidences wise state policy, V. Yanukovich

ASTANA. December 15. KAZINFORM "Significant gains achieved by Kazakhstan under the leadership of President Nursultan Nazarbayev are the bright evidence of the wise state policy," the telegram of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich addressed to Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of independence of Kazakhstan reads.

"I am confident that Ukraine and Kazakhstan will further strengthen mutual beneficial and fruitful cooperation on the solid foundation of mutual understanding and partnership, efficient modernization of Ukraine and Kazakhstan, strengthening their international standings and people's welfare gain," the message reads.

"From the heart I wish Nursultan Nazarbayev good health and success in your state activity and the friendly people of Kazakhstan I wish prosperity and wellbeing."
